Healthy Salmon & Hot Honey Buddha Bowl

Quick, easy, healthy and a perfect dish for a light el fresco munch. A certified summer stunner ☀️

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • A generous drizzle of WilderBee Sriracha Hot Honey

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • 100g cooked brown rice

  • 1 carrot, ribboned or shredded

  • Quarter of a cucumber, sliced

  • Handful of edamame (ready to eat)

  • Fresh coriander & sesame seeds to garnish

    Method:

  1. In a hot pan, cook the salmon until golden and cooked through to perfection then drizzle with the Sriracha hot honey while still hot.

  2. Assemble bowls with rice, carrot, cucumber, edamame, and avocado.

  3. Top with glazed salmon, a little more hot honey, and finish with coriander and sesame seeds.
