Let’s be real.. Turkish eggs are a certified banger of a breakfast at the best of times. But with an addition of a gochujang hot honey butter!? You’re welcome, world!
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 eggs (poached)
200g Greek yoghurt
1 garlic clove (grated)
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp chilli flakes
1tbsp WilderBee Gochujang Hot Honey
Flatbread (to serve)
Method:
Mix together the yoghurt, salt and garlic, and spread into shallow bowls.
Poach the eggs.
Melt the butter and stir in the Gochujang hot honey
Top the yoghurt with your poached eggs, spoon over hot honey butter and a sprinkle chilli flakes. Add a little dill or coriander to finish if you like a little greenery.
Serve with warm bread and get messy!!
