Korean Style Cod Fritters

Treat yourself to an easy mid week BANGER with our Korean style cod fritters hit with our Gochujang Hot Honey.

Makes: 12 fritters

Ingredients:

  • 300g cod fillet (chopped)

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 egg

  • 60g plain flour

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • WilderBee Gochujang Hot Honey (for dipping)

  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a batter.

  2. Fry spoonfuls until golden.

  3. Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
