Makes: 12 fritters
Ingredients:
300g cod fillet (chopped)
1 spring onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg
60g plain flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
WilderBee Gochujang Hot Honey (for dipping)
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients into a batter.
Fry spoonfuls until golden.
Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
