Give your leftover lamb the send off it deserves with our leftovers orzo broth, hit with our OG Hot Honey.

Ingredients:
200g leftover roast lamb (shredded)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 carrot (diced)
75g orzo pasta
750ml chicken or lamb stock
1 tbsp olive oil
WilderBee Original Hot Honey (a HEALTHY drizzle)
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh flat leaf parsley
Method:
Heat olive oil, cook onion, garlic and carrot until soft.
Add lamb, stir through, then add stock and bring to a simmer.
Add orzo and cook 8–10 mins until tender.
Stir in lemon juice and a spoonful of hot honey.
Serve topped with parsley and an extra drizzle of hot honey.
