Lamb Leftovers Orzo Broth

Give your leftover lamb the send off it deserves with our leftovers orzo broth, hit with our OG Hot Honey.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 200g leftover roast lamb (shredded)

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • 1 carrot (diced)

  • 75g orzo pasta

  • 750ml chicken or lamb stock

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • WilderBee Original Hot Honey (a HEALTHY drizzle)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Fresh flat leaf parsley

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil, cook onion, garlic and carrot until soft.

  2. Add lamb, stir through, then add stock and bring to a simmer.

  3. Add orzo and cook 8–10 mins until tender.

  4. Stir in lemon juice and a spoonful of hot honey.

  5. Serve topped with parsley and an extra drizzle of hot honey.
