Strawberry & Whipped Ricotta Pizza

Suns out the Gozney’s out! And who doesn’t love a dessert that you can eat with your hands..

Makes: 2 flatbreads

Ingredients:

  • 250g supermarket pizza dough

  • 150g ricotta

  • Squeeze of half a lemon 

  • a healthy drizzle of WB original Hot honey 

  • 200g fresh strawberries (sliced)

  • Icing sugar

  • Mint leaves 

Method:

  • Whip the ricotta in a blender with the lemon and some hot honey, set aside 

  • Portion the dough into small balls, roll out into small docs and bake in the Gozney oven until puffed and golden

  • Cool slightly and add a good dollop of the whipped ricotta 

  • Top with strawberries and drizzle hot honey.

  • Dust with icing sugar, a sprig of mint and serve!
