Suns out the Gozney’s out! And who doesn’t love a dessert that you can eat with your hands..
Makes: 2 flatbreads
Ingredients:
250g supermarket pizza dough
150g ricotta
Squeeze of half a lemon
a healthy drizzle of WB original Hot honey
200g fresh strawberries (sliced)
Icing sugar
Mint leaves
Method:
Whip the ricotta in a blender with the lemon and some hot honey, set aside
Portion the dough into small balls, roll out into small docs and bake in the Gozney oven until puffed and golden
Cool slightly and add a good dollop of the whipped ricotta
Top with strawberries and drizzle hot honey.
Dust with icing sugar, a sprig of mint and serve!
