Our upside down peach tart, hit with ice cream and our OG hot honey.. hot, cold, sweet and spicy 💥🍑
Makes: 4 pastries
Ingredients:
1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
2 ripe peaches (sliced)
A few sprigs of picked thyme
WilderBee Original Hot Honey (for baking and drizzling)
1 egg (for glazing)
Vanilla ice cream to serve
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
Drizzle hot honey into 4 puddles on a lined baking tray, sprinkle thyme leaves and place peach slices on top.
Cut pastry into 4 squares and lay on top of peaches, tucking edges slightly.
Brush pastry with egg wash.
Bake for 18–20 mins until golden.
Flip to reveal caramelised peaches. Serve with ice cream and extra drizzle.
