Rain or shine, these Gochujang Hot BBQ corn bring a sweet heat that’s guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser! Sticky, smoky, sweet, and spicy and so easy to make, whether you’re grilling indoors or firing up the BBQ.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
4 corn on the cob
2 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp WilderBee Gochujang Hot Honey
1 tsp lime juice
70g grated parmesan cheese
Handful of coriander
Method:
To pre cook the corn, bring a large pan of water to a boil and cook the corn for 3-5 mins
Finish on the BBQ or over the flame of a gas hob for that charred flavour.
Melt the butter in a pan, then stir in Gochujang Hot Honey and lime juice.
Toss corn in spicy butter until glossy and coated.
Plate up, sprinkle on the parmesan, another good drizzle of hot honey, coriander and serve.
