Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
- WilderBee Original Hot Honey
- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
Method:
Place a scoop of ice cream into each serving glass.
Pour over the hot espresso.
Drizzle hot honey over the top and finish with a pinch of flaky salt.
Serve immediately.
