Hot Honey Affogato

Our HOT take on the classic Italian dessert.. ice cream and hot honey? IKNKY…

Serves 2.

Ingredients:

- 2 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream

- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso

- WilderBee Original Hot Honey

- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Method:

  1. Place a scoop of ice cream into each serving glass.

  2. Pour over the hot espresso.

  3. Drizzle hot honey over the top and finish with a pinch of flaky salt.

  4. Serve immediately.
